Kenzie Weise Jewels LLC reserves the right to decline any custom request, as needed
For all submitted requests
Your submission will be responded to within 1-5 days. A preliminary sketch and estimated price will be provided.
Once the above details are agreed upon, a non-refundable 50% payment invoice will be sent. This down payment will be required to confirm your order (i.e., date of down payment = date of order confirmation).
Custom pricing includes all creation costs (materials, labor, packaging, etc.) + a standard $40 custom fee
Custom orders are typically completed within 5-10 days following your confirmation date.
Extensions to this timeline may be required depending on availability of the materials you are requesting
All custom orders will be hand-delivered or shipped after the final invoice (for the remaining 50% balance) has been settled.
